On NBC Sunday Night Football, Toyota has been running a segment onthe Helena high football rivalry. I was interested to see much of the segment centered on The Parrot Confectionary in Helena's Last Chance Gulch. Dave Duensing, the Parrot's owner is featured at length. I had the privilege of meeting this character while interviewing business owners across Montana. Obviously, his celebrity stock has risen since.
